Ordering

  • PO Boxes are owned by Canada Post, and only Canada Post has access to be able to deliver to them/has the keys for them. For this reason companies other than Canada Post must forward your parcel to Canada Post at the final destination.
  • For example if Purolator is selected and the final destination is a PO BOX. Purolator will take the package as far as possible and forward to Canada Post for final delviery.
  • Due to the forwarding costs associated with this – your shipping service is subject to change unless the additional fees are covered by the customer.

Payments and Fees

We offer 2 shipping services:

Options include:

  • Free – Canada Post – Expresspost Service (For orders 149.99 and above)
  • Canada Post – Expresspost Service – $19.99
  • Canada Post – Priority Service – $44.99
  • Free – Purolator – Express Service – Excluding PO Box (For Orders $249.99 and above)
  • Purolator – Express Service – $24.99

Orders are cancelled within 48 hours of non payment. However, if payment is sent after an order has been cancelled, the order will be processed and shipped once the payment has been accepted.

If a customer decides to cancel an order after they have sent payment, if the order has not been processed and shipped, we will notify the customer to cancel their e transfer on their end.

We accept the following payment methods:

Shipping

We are not liable for any shipping address mistakes that are made when ordering. You will need to call Canada Post with your tracking information and see if they are able to correct this.

If a mistake is made during the ordering process with an address, you can email [email protected] and we will be happy to correct it as long as the order has not been processed and shipped. DO NOT SEND PAYMENT right away if you have made a mistake on your order. E-mail us first.

No refunds or shipping insurance will be provided, if your package is lost or stolen. We suggest choosing priority shipping and monitoring the tracking closely, especially if you are ordering quarter pounds options when buying weed strains.

All orders are shipped within a 24-hour time-frame as long as payment has been sent.

Orders are NOT shipped out on long weekends or holidays.

All orders are shipped out within 24 hours of receipt of payment. If you pay for Canada Post Priority shipping your order should arrive within 1-2 business days, otherwise it should arrive within 3-5 business days via Canada Post Xpress Post.
